UKG Pro, previously called UltiPro, is a cloud-based human capital management software. The platform provides tools for recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing and employee performance management among others. UKG Pro offers features such as applicant tracking system (ATS) allowing organizations to manage the entire hiring process— from creating job requisitions and posting openings to sourcing candidates that fit the position’s qualifications.
